The greatest fear of Nothing… Are you afraid of nothing, of being nothing….If there is anything that you would change, what it would be? What is missing in your life today?
The three R’s: Resettlement, Rejection, Regret
If you will be able to remove the programming associated with these emotions, you will free enough space in your mind to be able to move objects (telekinesis). Your mind spends an incredible amount of time on these tree issues and the neurons of the brain are occupied with resentment and regret.
Through proper stimuli, your brain makes connections fro thought all the time.
When you do the Feeling work/work on fears, you stimulate the brain and add new connections. You learn how to live without specific negative habits. You give them the ability to shut down receptors that are looking for these negative emotional Programs and make new pathways to positive ones.
Your cells have receptors for emotions. Whether that emotion is depression or happiness, it’s like a “fix” to your cell. Once the receptor is used to the emotion, it has to have it just like a drug. IF you are used to being depressed, you will create depression. While working on their fears and reprogramming people have to learn what is it like to live without depression, without feeling miserable, without the “poor me” syndrome and retrain the neuron to accept joy, happiness and responsibility for their life.
AWARENESS _ is all we need to start the change _ when after the work is done but these negative emotions appear in the person’s life, they have conscious awareness and can shut down the negative emotion and open it for positive ones.
Every person in your life serves you in some way. Treat everyone as a possibility IF you have one person who that gives you a difficult time and presents resistance in your life, perhaps resistance is the way you are motivated….
Regrets, as well, can keep you from getting better. Perhaps of failed relationships, marriages, of marriages that are still lonely, being lonely, not telling someone you love them, etc. all can keep the person very sick. It will affect their lungs as well as their body.
Rejection can influence a person for the most of their life. It can prohibit success and finding true love. The fear of rejection can cause one to fail before they even start something, and it can cause someone to sabotage themselves in everything they do.
Changing the fear of rejection allows a person to live their life.
I am rejected by…
I am afraid to be rejected by…
I am not accepted by
I am afraid not to be accepted
Instead – I accept myself
I understand what it feels like to live without being rejected…
I resent this person – I release resentment and I understand what it feels like to live without resentmen
I regret (the situation) - I am free of regret and I understand what it feels like to live without regret….
Sometimes we attract people to our lives not because our positive energy matches but when our negative energies match.
Take a look at your life and watch how people show up in your life and try to see with what purpose. Try to find out why they serve you the way they do. Is it because you are a victim? Or because you need a conflict to function? Or something else? If they are serving you in a negative way to create positive result maybe it is time to free them form these obligation. But if you do not release the belief which inside of you that is causing this situation, you will replace the scenario. For example - if you just break the relationship with a person who was serving you in a wrong way – you will replace him very soon with a new one.
